WHERE DO WE SHIP?
BareBella ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned!
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100USD to the USA and Canada. No promo code needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time via:
- The link in your shipping confirmation email
- The carrier's website directly
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated after receiving your shipping confirmation.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (CANADA)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
BareBella is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees charged by Canadian customs authorities.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
BareBella is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier directly
- Email us at support@barebella.com if the issue is not resolved
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@barebella.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@barebella.com. We can only modify addresses before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
