Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1â2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible â either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
