Our Return Policy
At Barebella, we stand behind every pair of Explorer Sandals. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process within 30 days of your purchase date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 90 days of the original purchase date
- Item must be in its original condition â unworn or lightly worn
- Item must be in the original packaging if possible
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Start a Return
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3â5 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we are happy to exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us at support@barebella.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@barebella.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund â whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, guides)
- Items returned after 30 days of purchase
- Items that show excessive wear or damage caused by misuse
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Barebella is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
